Job Description

Level - Senior Associate

Location - Mumbai / Pune

Skill - Oracle Fusion HCM Functional

Years of experience required: 4-8 years

Educational Qualification - BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/CA

Notice period -0-60 day only

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and others.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
  • Create and modify HCM extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts, and other data integration processes.
  • Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.

Mandatory skill sets

  • Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.

  • Modules:

    Absence, Time and Labour, Payroll, workforce planning, HR helpdesk, Oracle digital assistants, Oracle guided learning

*Preferred skill sets

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of the HCM system.
