Operating and Monitoring: - Operate PVD coating machines and vacuum chambers, ensuring all process parameters (temperature, pressure, deposition rate) are maintained at optimal levels. - Handle preparation, loading, and unloading of substrates or parts into the machine, including meticulous cleaning processes for proper coating adhesion. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: - Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment. - Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on more complex issues.
