Purchase & Store Executive

We are looking for an experienced male Purchase Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in procurement, vendor management, and material sourcing, preferably from the manufacturing or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchase activities including vendor selection, price negotiation, and order placement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for timely procurement
• Ensure materials and products are sourced at competitive rates without compromising quality
• Maintain purchase records, contracts, and documentation
• Coordinate with production and project teams to forecast and plan purchase requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchase Executive
• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction companies will be an added advantage
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and supply chain management
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
