Purchase-Sr Executive (5 To 6 Years ) @ Bengaluru

Position: Senior Executive - Non BOM Purchases

Location: Hulimavu, Bengaluru

Qualification: Graduation

Industry: Garment Manufacturing

Experience: 5 to 7 Years in the Purchase function having experience in procurement department

Roles and responsibilities

• Review the requirement and negotiate all the terms & conditions and pricing with the supplier. (first & second round of negotiations).
• Make a comparison Sheet with all the details to ensure that it is getting timely approved and is in line with the budget.
• Generate orders by entering order details (e.g., items, quantities, prices, and supplier name) in our internal databases.
• Releasing the Orders to the supplier after approval.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Review the quality of purchased products with the stakeholders.
• Track orders and ensure timely material is delivered, the invoice is booked, and your customer has received the material in good condition.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Identify, search for potential suppliers, and evaluate the current suppliers focus should be to eliminate traders and deal directly with the manufacturer.
• Timely release of payments by follow-up and close coordination with Finance Team & supplier.
• Preparing Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual procurement reports.
• Preparing data required for PMS for quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.
• Tabulating the budgeted cost and actuals quarterly, half-yearly, and annually GL wise and timely submission.
• Preparing MIS for ProjectsBudgeted V/s Actuals.
• Vendor code updating by coordinating with the vendors and internal team of registered vendor code and also new vendor code.

Skills required

• Should be well versed with MS Office, Excel & PPT.
