Your role as a Purchase Specialist will be based in New Delhi and will involve managing and overseeing purchasing processes. This includes creating and processing purchase orders, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. Your daily responsibilities will also include evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and keeping accurate purchase documentation. To excel in this role, you should have experience with purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchasing in general. Strong knowledge of purchase management, excellent analytical skills, and effective negotiation and supplier management skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchase management software is required. You should be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
