Purchase Order (PO) Back Office Executive/ Support

As an End-to-End PO Execution specialist, you will be responsible for handling the complete lifecycle of Purchase Orders from creation to closure with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. You will need to work under tight deadlines to meet internal and external SLAs, proactively flag delays, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth timeline management. Your role will involve regular interactions with stakeholders such as customers for order updates and confirmations, product managers for requirement alignment, and vendors for follow-ups, documentation, and dispatch tracking. You will be required to maintain records of PO status, vendor communications, and delivery schedules, as well as prepare periodic reports and dashboards. Proficiency in Excel is crucial for this role as you will be using it for data tracking, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic analytics to support decision-making. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Purchase Order backend support, along with strong communication skills in English (written & verbal) and proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP tools. Qualifications required for this position include 27 years of relevant experience and a degree in Any Graduate/B.Tech/MBA/Diploma. Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is necessary.
