2) Position : Purchase Officer3) Experience Required : 2+ years4) Salary Negotiable : Salary - Rs. 20000 PM to 35000 PM Depending upon candidates knowledge5) Job Location : Kathwada, Ahmedabad6) Job Description :
Education : Any Graduate (Married Candidate will be preferred First)
Research potential vendors and maintain relations with them
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliersCoordination with Sub Contractor for Fabrication Job WorkFor subcontracting work , calculate and define process of machining part of products and coordinate with Vendors for Job work.Track orders and ensure timely delivery with quality products.Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databasesMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesCoordinate withPPC, Inward, Store and Production staff to ensure proper storagePurchase Documentation and ReportingAny other responsibility given by management.
