Job Description

  • Identify, source, and procure quality goods, raw materials, equipment, and services required by the organization.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production/operational delays.
  • dentify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and payment conditions with vendors.
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor list.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Verify and approve purchase requisitions from various departments.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all purchases.
  • Maintain confidentiality of supplier information and pricing.
  • Develop alternative supply sources to avoid dependency on a single vendor.
  • Assist in annual procurement planning and budgeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.04 - ₹30,000.18 per month
