Job Description

Role Overview: As a Purchasing Expeditor, your main responsibility is to ensure the timely delivery of goods to the company and maintain the accuracy of expected dates of receipt in the ERP system. You will work closely with suppliers to track orders, address any issues, and keep stakeholders informed about the status of incoming purchase orders. Key Responsibilities: - Confirm and acknowledge all purchase orders issued to suppliers. - Expedite late purchase orders with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. - Communicate with suppliers to update and maintain accurate expected receipt dates in the ERP system. - Keep stakeholders (buyers) informed about the delivery status and potential issues with incoming shipments. Qualifications Required: - Effective communication skills to engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders, clearly articulating the company's needs and resolving any issues that may arise. - Strong attention to detail to accurately input and update expected delivery dates in the ERP system promptly. - Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple orders and shipments concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.,
