Responsibilities

• Preparing, tracking and maintaining Purchase & Work orders
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with Suppliers/Service providers
• Process payment for payment approval
• Coordinate with suppliers for acknowledgement, reconciliation and balance confirmation
• Coordinate with customers for collection, reconciliation and balance confirmation
• Support & coordinate with CA office for accounting, preparing financial statements, MIS, compliance, Taxation and audit
• Liaise with banks, lawyers, tax consultants etc for smooth business operations
• Commercial, financial and banking Record maintenance & filing for smooth audit
• Support decision making to CEO cum founders for all business and commercial decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
