Source and procure aquatic feeds, feed ingredients, and animal health products from approved vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain optimum inventory.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate purchase records.
Conduct market research for new suppliers, product trends, and price benchmarking.
Support budgeting and cost control initiatives related to feed and animal health procurement.
Knowledge of aquaculture inputs, feed formulations, and animal health/nutrition products.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems and documentation processes.
Detail-oriented with good coordination and time management abilities.
