Key Responsibilities

• Research products, suppliers, and market trends to support informed purchasing decisions
  
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage domestic and international suppliers
  
• Build long-term supplier relationships while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery timelines
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for purchase planning and execution of purchase orders
  
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality
  
• Travel to supplier locations and new markets for sourcing and evaluation
  
• Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on supplier performance and cost savings
  
• Identify supply chain risks and support contingency planning
  

What Were Looking For

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
  

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement
  
• Experience in hospitality, FF&E, OS&E, or commercial kitchen projects is preferred
  

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
  
• Vendor management and strategic sourcing
  
• Market research and analytical thinking
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tools
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
