1.Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
2.Research potential vendors, comparing and evaluate offers from vendors.3.Track orders and ensure timely delivery, review quality and quantity of purchased product4. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).5.Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and quality.6.Negotiate for better prices.7.Prepare cost analyses.8.Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.9.Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.10.Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.11. Handling License and purchase return procedure.12. Coordinate with accounts staff for payment, debit note and other deduction.
