Job Title: Electrical Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Purchase Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, procuring, and purchasing electrical materials and equipment for our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase electrical materials and equipment from approved suppliers

- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

- Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise

- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and prices

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical procurement or related field

- Strong knowledge of electrical materials and equipment

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement

- Knowledge of Indian electrical standards and regulation
