Job Description – Purchase Executive

Department: Purchase / Procurement
Location: Road No.9, VKI Area
Reporting To: Purchase Manager / Head – Procurement

Key Responsibilities

Raise inquiries as per material requirements, obtain quotations, and prepare comparison sheets.
Responsible for timely procurement of electrical & mechanical items (wires, switchgear, panels, fabrication material, etc.).
Negotiate with approved vendors to ensure cost optimization and on-time delivery.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), follow up with vendors, and match with GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Coordinate with Stores and Accounts for billing and payment processes.
Explore market trends, new vendors, and alternate sourcing options.
Maintain purchase tracking reports / MIS.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
