Purchase Exec
Company - Ferro alloy
Location - Park St (Kolkata)
Objectives
Enquiry Form - Check if the enquiry has been properly sent
Follow up from Vendors and get Offer (if not received)
ReportingInform Purchase head on Comparative once ready
.ApprovalsPost approval from Purchase head , talk to Vendors
Prepare Purchase Order post confirmation and approval from Director, on the same day as received
PO to be shared with Purchase head, for checking and sign in by Director
Send PO copy to Plant
Documents Filing - Post mailing, proper filing of all documents
Miscellaeous: Check and purchase on smaller items as directed by Purchase Head ;
Facilitate negotiations and proceed as per approvals from Purchase HeadDelegation
On a daily basis any other activity as assigned(as directed by Purchase head)
OBJECTIVES
The ability to understand and handle business situations
Workplace integrity
Interpersonal communication should be there
Be proactive,take initiative and at the same time be accountable for your as well as your reportee's work..
Salary - Till 25 k
