Purchase Coordinator – Duty Script Business
Company: RB Shah Enterprises
Location: Letangs Road, Vepery, Chennai
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Work Timings: 9:40 AM to 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage and arrange the paperwork for Duty Scripts or Export Licenses
• Keep records up to date so everyone knows which licenses are available and how they’re being used
• Create simple reports about how many licenses we have, what’s been sold, or what’s been purchased
• Talk to vendors or government offices to get the licenses we need
• Work with our clients and teams to handle license sales or transfers
• Fix any problems or mismatches with license details or documents
• Make sure all related documents are collected, deliveries are tracked, and systems are updated
• Enter all data correctly and on time

Skills & Qualifications:

• A college degree (any stream is okay)
• Experience with data entry and using company systems is a plus
• Comfortable using Excel and other data tools
• Able to talk clearly and confidently with vendors and clients
• Pays close attention to details and stays organized
• Can handle private or sensitive information carefully and securely
• Should know how to use basic office systems or software
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work without being pushed

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must reside within Vepery, Purasawalkam, or 5–10 km radius
• Candidates with relevant purchase/license experience will be considered
• Immediate joiners preferred
