Job Description :-

A bakery purchase executive manages the procurement of ingredients, packaging, and supplies by sourcing reliable vendors, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to quality standards and food safety regulations

Procurement & Sourcing

• Supplier Identification: Research and evaluate potential suppliers for bakery ingredients (like flour, sugar, butter) and packaging materials.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted vendors to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.
• Negotiation: Secure the best possible prices, terms, and contracts by negotiating with suppliers.
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with the bakery's needs.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Inventory Monitoring: Track current stock levels to ensure sufficient availability of ingredients and supplies.
• Timely Reordering: Ensure timely reordering of materials to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
