We are looking for a motivated Purchase Assistant to support the procurement activities related to vehicles, spare parts, and accessories. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in purchasing and supply chain within the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in purchasing vehicles, spare parts, and accessories as per company requirements
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and follow up with vendors
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and invoices
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and inventory data
Support negotiation of prices and terms under guidance from seniors
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve basic supply issues
Coordinate with stores, accounts, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Automobile, or related field
Basic knowledge of automobile parts and vehicle procurement (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email)
Ability to learn procurement processes quickly
Good organizational and documentation skills

Experience

Fresher to 2 years of experience in purchase/procurement (automobile or vehicle industry preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
