Purchase and estimation Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented purchase and estimation trainee to join our team. This entry level role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in procurement and cost estimation. The trainee will assist in evaluating supplier quotes, preparing cost estimates and ensuring the efficient procurement of materials and services. This position offers hands on training and growth opportunities in purchasing and estimation process.

Key Resposibilities:-

• Assist in searching and evaluating suppliers for materials and services.
• Collect and compare quotations to ensure cost effective purchasing decisions.
• Support the preparation of cost estimates and pricing for projects
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, Invoices, and supplier agreement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine material and budget requirement.
• Monitor market trendz and pricing to optimise procurement strategies.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with vendors.
• Perform data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
• Support senior from members in various procurement and estimation tasks.

Requirements :-

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office. (Excel , Word)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
