Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Connect with parents (mostly mothers) who have recently seen the app in field demonstrations or have just downloaded it.
• Explain how to navigate and use the app, highlighting how it helps them teach their children at home.
• Encourage them to begin with the first 3–5 learning activities to get started confidently.
• Use friendly and motivating language to build trust.
• Handle simple user queries, such as problems with sound or accessing tasks.
• Provide step-by-step technical help, including how to:
• Open and use the app
• Turn on or adjust audio features
• Work in offline mode
• Collect feedback from each parent — noting what they enjoy, any challenges faced, and reasons for discontinuing use if applicable.
• Record daily updates on calls, user feedback, and technical issues in the tracking sheet.
