Act as the face of Pulsecraft for your clients, ensuring trust and long-term engagement. Collaborate with our rock-solid recruiting team to deliver on every staffing need. Negotiate contracts, margins, and terms to maximize profitability. Continuously identify opportunities to expand client portfolios and drive revenue. What You Bring Requirements 3+ years in US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development. A proven track record of client acquisition & management in the US market. Must have an existing network of POCs (Points of Contact) and be open to collaborating and sharing them with us. Deep understanding of the US staffing ecosystem (VMS/MSP, direct clients, contract hiring, rate structures). Strong communication, consultative selling, and deal-closing skills.
