Public Speaking Facilitator

We are hiring for the following time slots-

6 PM - 1 AM with an hour Break

3 AM - 7 AM

4 PM - 11 PM with an hour Break

Responsibilities:

? Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online

? Ensure that students enjoy the course!

? Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.

? Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.

? Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.

? Conduct group and private lessons as required.

? Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required:

? Formal education in English and good experience in speaking.

? Strong subject knowledge

? Relevant working experience (3+ years)

Requirements:

? Good English & Hindi Communication Skills

? Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)

? Must have a proper functioning Laptop/Desktop

? Must have access to strong internet services

? Experience in online teaching

? Should be available for classes on Sunday.

? Engages students in learning

? Passion for making learning fun!

Bachelor's or Master's in English is PREFERRED.

Salary structure for Normal Hours slots (6 PM - 9 PM)

• 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo
• 26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
• 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
• 81& above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

Salary structure for Middle East slots (9 PM - 1 AM)

• 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 165/- per session + Rs.80/- per demo
• 26-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
• 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
• 81& above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

Salary structure for Morning slots ( 3 AM - 7 AM)

• 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
• 26-60 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
• 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo
• 81& above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo
