Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct seminars, webinars, and orientation sessions in schools, colleges, and universities.
Engage and inspire students to explore UPSC and other competitive exams through interactive talks.
Present IMAs programs, courses, and success framework to academic audiences.
Coordinate with institution heads and event coordinators for scheduling and execution.
Deliver high-impact presentations aligned with IMA’s vision and brand voice.
Participate in promotional campaigns, video bytes, and social media outreach.
Provide feedback and reports after every session (attendance, response, leads, etc.).

Requirements:

Proven experience in public speaking, training, or motivational sessions (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Strong stage presence, voice modulation, and audience engagement skills.
Basic understanding of the UPSC exam structure, preparation strategy, and student mindset.
Preferably an ex-UPSC aspirant or someone who has cleared Prelims/Mains.
Excellent command over English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Ability to travel extensively for institutional outreach programs.
Tech-friendly (comfortable using presentation tools, webinar platforms, and CRM reporting).
