Public Relations Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and media-savvy Public Relations (PR) Officer to manage the company’s image, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves building strong media relations, creating effective communication materials, and enhancing brand visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies to strengthen the company’s brand image.
• Draft press releases, articles, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Manage company presence on social media and other digital platforms.
• Organize press conferences, events, and campaigns to promote company activities.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR outcomes.
• Handle crisis communication and maintain positive public perception.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams for integrated communication efforts.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & local language).
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Creative mindset with storytelling skills.
• Ability to handle media interactions and public speaking confidently.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and media monitoring tools.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage reputation risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in PR, corporate communication, or media relations (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
