Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, visitors, corporate partners, and community members. Manage hospital publicity, brand image, and public communication channels. Coordinate patient services including admissions, discharge support, grievance handling, and feedback collection. Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, promotional events, and media activities. Handle communication with government departments, insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients. Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and ethical standards. Support marketing activities and digital presence of the hospital.
