Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Roles & responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the image and visibility of the group of institutions and university.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers.
  
• Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and other media communications.
  
• Handle event management, provide accurate information, and manage crisis communication.
  
• Collaborate with internal coordinators to promote institutional / university achievements, events, and initiatives.
  
• Monitor media coverage and prepare periodic PR activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate - Preferably in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  

• Experience:

  4 - 6 years in public relations, preferably in education industry.
• Strong media network and understanding of press engagement.
  
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain the institutions positive image.
