Role Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive Public Relations Officer to serve as the key link between our organization, franchise partners, and clients. The role involves managing inquiries, coordinating orders, and maintaining financial records in Tally with smooth communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and inquiries from franchise partners and clients professionally.
• Record and track client orders with accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage basic accounting entries and records in Tally.
• Support daily administrative and reporting tasks.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
