Job Title: Public Relationship Officer (PRO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Floor Manager, ensuring smooth interaction with all patients and visitors.
• Conduct regular center rounds to meet patients and visitors, understand their needs, and ensure their comfort.
• Provide clear information to patients and their families about our services, treatments, and advanced technologies.
• Build positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff to strengthen trust and satisfaction.
• Collect feedback and address concerns in coordination with the Branch Head.
• Support in maintaining professional decorum, patient satisfaction, and center culture.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to explain medical/technical services in simple and professional language.
• Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or customer relations preferred.
• Graduate/Post Graduate in any field.
