Public Relations Officer

As a Public Relations Officer at our IT company, you will be responsible for managing our company's public image, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and effectively communicating our brand message. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, bloggers, and media outlets. - Drafting and distributing press releases, articles, and other PR materials. - Responding to media inquiries and coordinating interviews with company representatives. - Creating compelling content, including newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and presentations. - Collaborating with the marketing team to align PR efforts with digital campaigns. - Organizing and managing press conferences, product launches, webinars, and industry events. - Monitoring and managing the company's online and offline reputation. - Addressing negative publicity and crisis communication when required. - Acting as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including clients and partners. - Ensuring consistent communication and alignment with the company's vision and values. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. - Providing insights and recommendations to enhance PR strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-2 years in a PR or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in media relations and content writing. - Knowledge of social media platforms and tools. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Familiarity with IT industry trends and terminologies is a plus. - Creative thinker, proactive problem-solver, and team player with a high level of adaptability.
