Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage front office responsibilities, handle admissions counselling, and effectively communicate with parents and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in a similar role in an educational or professional setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents at the front desk
• Handle inquiries related to admissions and provide counselling as needed
• Manage and maintain records of admissions and walk-in enquiries
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with parents regarding student concerns or updates
• Handle phone calls, emails, and documentation work professionally
• Maintain a presentable and welcoming front office environment
• Assist in organizing events, meetings, and other administrative tasks
