Job Summary:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will serve as the primary point of contact between the hospital and patients, their families, and the general public. The PRO is responsible for managing patient grievances, assisting in-patient (IP) admissions and discharges, handling bystander queries, ensuring effective communication, and upholding the hospital’s image and service standards.
