Job Description

This position ensures that the hospital maintains a transparent, responsive, and trusted public profile.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Ensure effective communication various stakeholders.
Assist patients and their families with non-clinical inquiries and concerns.
Address and resolve patient grievances promptly and empathetically.
Maintain liaison with government departments, local authorities
Manage communication during medical emergencies, disasters, or public health crises.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Prepare and issue press releases, public announcements, and hospital newsletters.
Coordinate media coverage for hospital events, achievements, or health awareness campaigns.
To be organize and promote health camps, seminars, community outreach programs, and hospital events.
To be ensure represent the hospital in external programs and health awareness initiatives.
Oversee content for hospital website, social media platforms, and internal newsletters.
To be promote awareness of hospital services and achievements through various media channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
