Public Health BIM Modeler

As a Public Health BIM Modeler at 9E Global, your role will involve contributing to the mission of building a better world through innovative design solutions in the built environment. You will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring high standards of excellence and compliance with industry specifications. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will be crucial in integrating components into a cohesive model, identifying and resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - BIM Development: Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards. - Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate components into a cohesive model. - Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts before construction begins. - Standards Compliance: Ensure all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations. - Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables. - Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Qualifications: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering. - Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks. - Experience with an Engineering consultancy company in PH discipline. - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/PH Engineering and BIM Management. - Experience in Middle East projects is highly preferred.,
