Job description Mechanical BIM Modeler We are looking for a driven Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering. Should be an expert in using Revit & Navisworks. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred. Project Role BIM Development: The creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model. Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins. Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations. Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
