PTW OPERATOR

You are seeking a skilled and reliable PTW Machine Operator to join the structural fabrication team. Your responsibilities will include operating the PTW machine for automatic welding of structural members, setting up and aligning components, monitoring welding quality, performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting, coordinating with other teams, and maintaining safety protocols and a clean work area. Key Responsibilities: - Operate the PTW (Pull Through Welding) machine for automatic welding of structural members (beams and columns) - Set up and align components as per the welding sequence - Monitor welding quality and ensure continuous production flow - Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the PTW machine - Coordinate with fabrication and quality control teams - Maintain safety protocols and a clean work area Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience operating a PTW (Pull Through Welding) machine - Basic knowledge of welding parameters and machine settings - Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols - Physically fit and able to work in a production environment - Commitment to safety and quality standards You are expected to have an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, or a relevant trade, or equivalent hands-on experience in PEB/structural fabrication.
