PTW OPERATOR

As a skilled and reliable PTW Machine Operator, you will be joining our structural fabrication team to operate Pull Through Welding machines for the manufacturing of PEB structures and steel components. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating the PTW (Pull Through Welding) machine for automatic welding of structural members (beams and columns) - Setting up and aligning components as per the welding sequence - Monitoring welding quality and ensuring continuous production flow - Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the PTW machine - Coordinating with fabrication and quality control teams - Maintaining safety protocols and a clean work area To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience operating a PTW (Pull Through Welding) machine - Basic knowledge of welding parameters and machine settings - Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols - Physical fitness and ability to work in a production environment - Commitment to safety and quality standards Education requirements include: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, or relevant trade - Or equivalent hands-on experience in PEB/structural fabrication If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please share your updated resume at hrrecruitertrs@gmail.com or through phone at 8925827724.
