Role & responsibilities [Manufacturing Engineering- Aluminum Machining-Case machining ] Knowledge of Crank Shaft or Cam Shaft in Steel Component. Plan the day-to-day execution and technical support to Improve Machining Process and support Production department. Responsible for on-time release of PR/PO of Capex/ Opex items related to Improvement items and Capital Assets. Responsible for ECR [Engineering Change Request] and leading in ECN implementation/change management. Support for Conducting Tool trials, Fixture Prove outs during NPI/Process Improvement. Preparing Document as per ISO/SMG Standards and revision management. Execute Project plan activities to meet the plan and milestone targets. Preferred candidate profile Manufacturing Engineering [Case machining (AL machining) ] Good Understanding of GD&T Knows AutoCAD- 2D NC Programing Past experience of HMC,SPM & VMC Basic knowledge of APQP Experience of Installation & commissioning of machine Basic knowledge of Capital procurement. Basic knowledge of Cutting tools
