Psychotherapist

As a Psychotherapist, you will provide professional mental health counseling and psychotherapy services to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, values diversity, and maintains the highest ethical standards in client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couple, group, or family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
• Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when required.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of clinical experience .
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
