Someone who can turn ideas into videos that actually connect with people.

Someone who cares about stories, not just reach.

You don’t need to be a pro. You just need to be curious, intentional, and ready to learn.

If you believe content should help people breathe easier,

you’re already halfway there.

What you’ll do

• Create short-form videos (primarily Reels) that feel warm, real, and relatable

• Help plan content ideas — especially around psychology & mental health

• Assist with basic editing (phone editing is totally fine)

• Manage initial client consultations — guide enquiries to the right direction

• Reach out, respond, and engage with the online community

• Share ideas that can help make therapy less intimidating & more accessible

Basically — show up with heart, learn fast, and help us meet people where they are.

You should have

• Curiosity about mental health + willingness to learn

• Comfort being behind or in front of the camera

• Decent communication skills — written + spoken

• Ability to take initiative — ideas are valued here

• Basic editing skills (doesn’t need to be fancy)

• Empathy. Seriously.

No fancy degree required.

Just curiosity + commitment.

Nice to have (not required)

• Interest in psychology, counselling, or mental health

• Experience creating reels

• Familiarity with Instagram
