You’ll be working directly with both founders, handling everything from workshops to research to execution, while ensuring our day never misses a beat.

• 6-month internship (unpaid)

• ₹5-10k stipend after 6 months based on performance and potential

• Clear scope for promotion and increments post 1 year

• Number of positions: 2

What you’ll actually do:

• Assist with workshops, research, mentorship programs, and therapy projects

• Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and day-to-day execution seamlessly

• Prepare decks, notes, and documentation with precision and discretion

• Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally and promptly

• Coordinate with team, interns, clients, and collaborators smoothly

• Track deliverables, finances, and project timelines independently

• Maintain confidentiality while supporting CXO’s productivity end-to-end

• Take initiative, solve problems quickly, and think two steps ahead

• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment with zero hand-holding
