Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy sessions integrating adventure-based approaches
Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with adventure guides and wellness coaches to create immersive experiences
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in outdoor settings
Maintain client records and ensure ethical therapy practices
Requirements:
Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Licensed/Certified Psychologist (as per [Your Country’s] regulations)
Experience in adventure therapy, outdoor counseling, or a willingness to learn
Strong communication and empathy skills
