Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on emotional regulation, relapse prevention, trauma, and recovery support
• Administer and interpret psychometric assessments for personality, mood disorders, cognitive functioning, and addiction
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, physicians, yoga therapists, and other wellness experts to create personalized treatment plans
• Participate in family sessions and psychoeducation modules to involve caregivers in the recovery process
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and provide recommendations during weekly case reviews
• Support crisis interventions and assist clients through emotional distress and relapse episodes
• Be willing to travel to our Goregaon East (Aarey Colony) center regularly.
