Psychologist for Content Development

As a potential candidate for the position, you should possess a Master's degree in psychology, with a Ph.D. being preferable but not mandatory. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in behavioral training content development is preferred, with prior experience in working with hospitals, medical institutions, or healthcare training programs considered highly desirable. Your responsibilities in this role will include content creation, where you will be tasked with developing soft skills modules such as communication, empathy, teamwork, and leadership. Additionally, customizing content for various healthcare roles and expertise levels will be a key focus area. You will also be responsible for providing training support by assisting in conducting workshops, webinars, and live training sessions. Gathering feedback from participants to enhance and refine content, onboarding trainers, conducting Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions, and providing operational support as needed are essential components of this role. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of written and spoken English, proficiency in MS Office, excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as creative thinking and storytelling ability.
