Job Description: Psychological Trainer Location: Bannerghatta, Bengaluru Job Type: Part-Time Remuneration: ₹500 to ₹1500 per session (First Month); Permanent role based on feedback Minimum Age: 30 years Language Requirement: Fluent in spoken and written English Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychological Trainer to deliver engaging weekly sessions focused on emotional intelligence, mental wellness, and self-awareness for school students of classes ranging from VI to XII. The ideal candidate is someone who connects well with participants and has strong facilitation skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct weekly sessions promoting psychological well-being Develop content on topics like stress management, resilience, empathy, and emotional regulation. Topics and reference material to be provided by the company. Foster a respectful and safe space for sharing and growth Collect feedback to measure session impact Requirements: Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in counseling, therapy, or training Proven record of conducting workshops or awareness programs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour Expected hours: 1 per week Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bannerghatta Rd, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: teaching: 5 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
