Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team and provide support to individuals and families in need. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide counselling and support services to clients facing various challenges
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and social services agencies
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Night shift availability

Requirements

• A recognised qualification in Social Work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
