PRT/TGT Science

Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and qualified Science Teachers to join our academic team as PRT (Primary Teacher) and TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher). The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a student-centric approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

For Both PRT and TGT:

• Deliver high-quality and engaging Science lessons using innovative teaching strategies
• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities aligned with the school curriculum and board standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes inquiry and critical thinking
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, and progress reports
• Collaborate with colleagues, attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Organize and support co-curricular science-based activities and events
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc)
• Master’s Degree in Science (M.Sc) is an added advantage
• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gaya, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
