Job Title: PRT (Primary Teacher) – All Subjects Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh Qualification: Associate Degree (preferably in Education or relevant subject area) Experience: 2–4 Years Gender Preference: Female Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Role: Teaching Staff Job Description: We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher (PRT) for All Subjects to join our academic team in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The candidate should have a passion for teaching young learners and the ability to create a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons for primary grades across all core subjects (English, Math, Science, Social Studies). Develop lesson plans and teaching materials in line with the curriculum standards. Use a variety of teaching methods and technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles. Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records. Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline in a respectful and supportive manner. Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and address concerns. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Encourage the holistic development of students through co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Requirements: Associate Degree in Education or relevant field (D.Ed or B.Ed preferred). 2–4 years of prior teaching experience in a primary school setting. Strong communication skills in English and local language (Telugu preferred). Classroom management and curriculum planning skills. Passion for teaching and working with children.
