Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching young learners, committed to fostering a nurturing environment, and capable of delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Teach students of grades I to V in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
• Create and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of all students.
• Develop a positive classroom culture that encourages active learning and discipline.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students and parents on progress.
• Foster social, emotional, and academic growth in young children.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and the school administration for curriculum planning.
• Maintain records of students’ attendance, grades, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed./D.Ed./NTT) or equivalent qualification in teaching.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching primary grades (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Passionate about child-centric and activity-based learning.
