Provisioning & Activation Executive

You are invited to participate in a WALK-IN event organized by HCL Technologies for the position of Telecom Provisioning & Activation Executive (Fresher) scheduled for 15th July 2025. As a Telecom Provisioning & Activation Executive, your primary responsibility will be configuring and activating various telecom services such as MPLS, broadband, and voice circuits for both enterprise and residential customers. You will be a part of the Network Operations / Service Delivery department and will work from the Noida office for 5 days a week. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's Degree and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm and attention to detail. You will be trained to utilize internal tools and systems to ensure efficient service delivery to customers. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in provisioning telecom services based on customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams for timely service delivery, monitoring order queues, documenting completed tasks, and maintaining accurate records of network elements and configurations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn about telecom architecture, provisioning systems, network devices, IP Address management, and real-time coordination between cross-functional telecom teams. Strong communication skills, a basic understanding of networking concepts, and the willingness to work in shifts are essential requirements for this role. Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools will be an added advantage. While certifications such as Cisco CCNA (Beginner Level) or NOC training are not mandatory, they are preferred. This role serves as a stepping stone for career advancement into roles such as Provisioning Specialist, Network Engineer, OSS/BSS Analyst, or Service Delivery Manager.
